UNION MISSION MINISTRIES - SERVICE PROJECT
research
Below are a few websites that I visited in order to better understand some of the ethical issues facing homelessness:
https://www.unionmissionministries.org
This is the link to the Union Mission Ministries’ website. I used it to learn about their mission and goals, to find their contact information, and to created a list of needs that I later distributed to those who are helping me collect donations for my project.

Above is a link to an article that I found through the ODU Library. I was researching some materials, because I was beginning to run out of things to say in my journal entries. The article offers a lot of interesting questions that I had never thought about, and gives some insight as to why a majority of volunteers at homeless shelters do what they do.

This is an article about the social injustice of homelessness from a feminist psychologists point of view. And although I do not agree with what the author is claiming, it gives some insight to some other views of homeless that I can utilize in my journal entries.

This is a website that I found through Google that offers some percentages on the homelessness in America.
Article that discusses the right (or lack thereof) to deny patronage to homeless people in public areas, such as libraries.
